Successful real estate development professional, having spent the last 10 years as a partner in Springbridge Development and Senior Vice-President of Development for RAINES. Prior to this, Jay ran his family\u2019s development and construction business and negotiated its eventual sale to an affiliate company of The Carlyle Group. He has led and managed the development and construction of over $300 million dollars of hospitality and commercial properties, working with leading hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Wyndham, and Choice hotels.<\/p>

Jay also has extensive knowledge in historical and adaptive reuse projects utilizing state and federal tax credits and has completed resort developments in the Bahamas and Snowshoe, Wva.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
